System Architect

Dialog is seeking a System Architect to join our Melbourne professional consulting team. We are seeking a person who will bring previous experience on providing design guidance, defined technical documentation required for the systems and who has a focus on great delivery outcomes. This role will be working within an established team directly with a key client. Criteria for selections will include:
  • Proven experience in guiding and managing the transition to a new architecture
  • Provided design recommendation and documenting high-level system functional architecture
  • Defined technical documentation required for the system
  • Strong command of SQL and T-SQL with specific expertise in query optimisation
  • Proficient with SSRS, SSIS, SSAS and Power BI
  • Substantial experience using PowerShell for the automation process, server builds and SQL related operations
  • Solid exposure to Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes. Agile certification is highly desirable
  • Proven track record on using the Atlassian toolset such as Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket
  • Ability to work in an Azure environment
  • Managed, Configured or used Dynatrace is highly regarded
  • Travel to client site based in regional Victoria may be required
