Dialog requires a JIRA Administrator with demonstrable experience in large and complex enterprise environments.
Dialog seeks people who are experienced in:
  • Atlassian products Configuration including JIRA, and JIRA Backbone Issue Sync
  • Managing and administration of JIRA workflows, permissions, instance customization, reports, notifications, and dashboards
  • Managing Confluence including templates, permissions, customizations, spaces, navigation, and pages
  • Managing and administration of Atlassian Marketplace addons / apps
  • Managing instance configuration using the Atlassian product UI’s
  • Troubleshooting instance issues and provide support as required
  • Marketplace addons / apps to enhance Atlassian product capabilities
  • SDLC and project management methods including Scrum and Agile
