Dialog is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join its team for a new and upcoming project. Ideally, candidates will have these capabilities:

 

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Agile project experience
• JIRA, Confluence and Visio preferred
• Insurance experience advantageous

• Core understanding of requirements gathering and articulation best practice

• Excellent document development skills
• Extensive stakeholder management experience
• Process mapping expertise
• Experience in large and complex projects and programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
