Dialog requires a Business Analyst with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to undertake a range of analysis assignments.
Dialog seeks people who have the following experience and capabilities:
  • 5+ years' work experience in a business analysis capacity
  • Requirements gathering from a range of stakeholders across the business​
  • Experience with Business Process Modelling (BPMN), and the development of Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) and System Requirements Specifications (SRS)
  • A results-focused approach to delivery of high-quality outcomes
  • Excellent relationship management, interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, together with an ability to communicate complex information to a range of audiences
  • Sound knowledge of IT projects and delivery including an understanding of Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies, testing and assisting the business through implementation and go-live
