Due to continued expansion, the Dialog Microsoft Dynamics CRM Team is seeking Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical and Functional Consultants for our North Sydney office. 

For these roles, Dialog seeks people who have skills and experience with:


Technical Consultants:

  • Strong Dynamics 365 technical customisation experience including configuration, plug-in and workflow development and integration
  • Demonstrated Microsoft infrastructure expertise including SQL Server, Reporting services and Azure
  • Interest in extending knowledge of the Dynamics platform


Functional Consultants:

  • Strong Dynamics 365 product knowledge and configuration experience
  • Demonstrated requirements gathering, analytical and business process skills
  • Ability to provide product training
  • Interest in extending knowledge of the Dynamics platform
  • Outstanding written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology
