As a Dialog consultant engaging with these clients, you will:

  • Work with key stakeholders to understand and elicit business pain points and strategic goals
  • Establish a current state baseline and help to map a client’s desired future state
  • Pull together and document business, functional and non-functional requirements that both technical and non-technical stakeholders can understand

  • Work on a wide variety of interesting and challenging assignments
  • Have extensive training opportunities through the Dialog Academy, which offers a wide range of ICT and Business skills courses

Dialog requires a Business Analyst with the following capabilities: 
  • 5+ years' work experience in a business analysis capacity
  • Diverse knowledge of methods, tools, and techniques
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and elicit business, functional and non-functional requirements
  • Develop and document user stories for handover to testing
  • Excellent relationship management, interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, together with an ability to communicate complex information to a range of audiences
  • Business case development
  • Sound knowledge of IT projects and delivery including an understanding of Waterfall and Agile
