We are looking for an organised and capable Administration Consultant with excellent communication skills and strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Working with the Dynamics 365 Team to ensure that correct licenses are ordered, invoiced and all renewals are managed
  • Dealing directly with customers and suppliers to resolve any issues
  • Responsibility for the management of the team’s SharePoint site
  • Assisting with other ad hoc administrative tasks as they arise

Dialog seeks people who have these capabilities:

  • Experience in Microsoft NAV or Business Central is highly desirable
  • Be comfortable with SharePoint
  • Be skilled in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent people skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
  • Excellent time management
  • Exceptional attention to detail
